ZayView Photography Booking Policies


Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Each booking is eligible for one reschedule only. The revised appointment must be set within 60 days of the original session date.

    Fees for Rescheduling

  • A convenience fee of $50 will be charged for all rescheduling requests (billed prior to the session).

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an additional fee, and last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours of the appointment) will result in a $100 fee.


    Cancellation Policy

  • We maintain a strict no-refund cancellation policy. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please plan accordingly and provide adequate notice for any changes.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. In the unlikely event that you are not completely content with your images:

  • Timely Feedback: Please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns swiftly and professionally.

  • Review Period: You have 24 hours to review the final edits. During this period, you may request modifications as needed.

  • Post-Review Adjustments: After the 24-hour review period, no further changes will be accommodated without the application of additional charges.

We value your input and will work diligently to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Late Arrival & Additional Service Fees

  • Session Arrival: Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session time. Arrivals later than this may impact the session’s quality and duration.

  • Late Policy:

    • A fee of $50 applies for any extra time required due to late arrival.

    • Delays exceeding 15 minutes may lead to session cancellation.

  • Additional Fees:

    • 3-Day Rush Editing: $35

    • Late Fee: $20

    • Last-Minute Rescheduling: $100

    • Extra Image Edits: $20 per image

    • Additional Session Time: $50
